The Grants Streamlining Initiative has resulted in the following accomplishments, which are described in more detail in the P.L. 106-107 Reports to Congress. This listing represents activities for which the Office of Management and Budget has issued policy direction or guidance and that have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented by the Federal grant-making agencies.

Updated the SF-SAC form used to submit single audits under OMB Circular A-133 to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse.

Modified the Standard Form 424 to update its contents and serve as the core data elements for Grants.gov APPLY.

Issued a government-wide policy requiring agencies to use a standard template for announcing grant and cooperative agreement funding opportunities. The policy included the detailed instructions and standard template.

Issued the final standard data elements for an announcement synopsis under Grants.gov FIND.Adobe PDF

Developed and distributed a pamphlet entitled "Highlights of the Single Audit Process" to more than 40,000 recipients and to Federal agencies to ensure a better understanding of the single audit process under Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133.
