TRACK MY APPLICATION

Once Grants.gov has received your submission, you will receive email messages to advise you of your application’s progress. Over the next 24 to 48 hours, you should receive two emails. The first will confirm receipt of your application by the Grants.gov system, and the second will indicate that the application has either been successfully validated by the system prior to transmission to the grantor agency or has been rejected due to errors.

You can also enter your Username and Password to login to the Grants.gov system and click on “Application Status” at the left of your screen to track the progress of your application.

Take note of the application tracking number that you received in the application submission confirmation email in order to track your application. If the agency assigns an agency-specific tracking number, you may receive an email with a second tracking number from the agency that is offering the grant.
